How much does my filter cost?

The total cost of your filter includes design and setup fees. The design cost will be clearly outlined on the template, while setup fees is something we don't charge as of now to anyone.

If my filter isn't approved, will I be eligible for a refund?

If the event is scheduled to begin within four hours of placing the order, we reserve the right to activate the filter without final approval. If the proof has been sent, please respond with any changes needed, and we will strive to meet your requirements.


In which countries is the service available?

There are no geographical restrictions for creating or accessing custom filters. As long as Snapchat or Instagram is available in your country, you can use the filter.

Can I request changes after approving the Initial proof?

Absolutely! Once your design proof is sent out, you are welcome to request any changes, and we will make the necessary adjustments. If you need to request a redesign after initial approval, please reach out to our Customer Service Representative. They will do their utmost to accommodate your needs and ensure your satisfaction.

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the initial proof hasn't been sent. Once the proof or final product email is dispatched, refunds are no longer applicable.

My filter didn’t work, can I get a refund?

If your filter did not function as intended, please contact support@thefilterculture.com immediately and provide a detailed explanation of the issue. We recommend taking a screenshot of the error to help us process your request and deliver the best possible service.

How long will it take to process my order?

You will receive your filter within 24 hours; however, we request up to two days for completion, as activation may occasionally take longer. Rush orders will be delivered within two hours.
